Rekha Reddy-Sareen is the co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer for Leadership Solutions, Inc. (LSI), a legacy company dedicated to changing lives through entertainment, education and philanthropy.

Prior to co-founding LSI, Reddy-Sareen served Leadership Network Corporation (LNC) for over five years, most recently as Executive Vice President of Finance, Human Resources and Sponsor Relations.

Reddy-Sareen an experienced finance and business process consultant, and has advised on such matters as performance and profitability measurement, business strategy, accounting, finance and banking. She began her career at Crowe, Chizek & Company, a consulting and CPA firm where her client list included Fortune 500 companies. She subsequently joined LeapSource, Inc., a startup corporation in Tempe, Arizona, where she focused on the diagnostic analysis of outsourcing a company’s back office. Reddy-Sareen is a graduate of the Indiana University, where she received her BS degree from the Kelley School of Business.
